It started with accountability. I moved to Toronto in 2023 and filmed my days to hold myself to the habits I was building. A camera doesn't let you lie to yourself. That discipline runs through everything I make.
I took a year away to decide what I wanted, then rebuilt everything from scratch across Instagram, Facebook, Threads and YouTube. Now I bring that same focus to brands.
